Scope and Responsibilities?崗位職責(zé):
1. Responsible for planning, developing and directing of quality assurance policies, programs and initiatives.
負(fù)責(zé)規(guī)劃、制定并指導(dǎo)質(zhì)量保證方針、質(zhì)量管理流程質(zhì)量管理創(chuàng)新；
2. Develops, implements and revises quality standards, tools, and methods.
負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、檢驗工具和檢驗方法的、實施和修正；
3. Maintains product quality by enforcing quality policies
通過系統(tǒng)運行質(zhì)量體系來維護(hù)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量；
4. Directs process and product testing (PV) to ensure materials, parts, and products comply with established quality
standards
通過管控生產(chǎn)過程和產(chǎn)品測試來保證原材料、零部件和產(chǎn)品滿足確定的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
5. Takes these results and helps improve existing methods of operations.
通過采集、現(xiàn)有質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)來改善現(xiàn)有質(zhì)量管控方法和流程；
6. Collaborates with other management members to develop new product, manufacturing and training methods
與其他部門管理人員協(xié)作新產(chǎn)品、新工藝流程和培訓(xùn)方法；
7. Prepares product and process quality reports by collecting, yzing and summarizing information into trends
通過收集、并匯總趨勢信息來編制產(chǎn)品和工藝質(zhì)量報告；
8. Provides input to strategic decisions that may affect the quality of operations or products.
提供與質(zhì)量體系運行及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制相關(guān)的信息，為的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展決策提供幫助；
9. Ensure Product is Conforming. Ensure non-conforming product is secured and disposed
確保產(chǎn)品合格，確保不良品能及時鎖定并處理；
10. PPAP Product
按PPAP流程批準(zhǔn)產(chǎn)品；
11. Supplier Development
根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略，與其他部門一起新供應(yīng)商；
12. Lead in Customer complaints
負(fù)責(zé)處理客戶的質(zhì)量投訴和抱怨；
13. Develops PFMEA, works with product engineering to link PFMEA to DFMEA, updates PFMEA to reflect lessons
learned and process improvements
與項目團隊一起編制、維護(hù)PFEMA，與產(chǎn)品工程師協(xié)作將PFEMA和DFEMA進(jìn)行有效聯(lián)接，并根據(jù)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)和工藝改進(jìn)結(jié)果對
PFEMA進(jìn)行更新。
Experience / Knowledge Required工作經(jīng)歷/知識要求:
1. IATF-, ISO-, VDA6.3, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
精通IATF-, ISO-, VDA6.3, 六西格瑪, 精益生產(chǎn)等知識；
2. People Management
人員管理能力；
3. Project Management
項目管理能力；
4. Experience dealing with Customers and Suppliers
豐富的客戶及供應(yīng)商管理的經(jīng)驗和能力；
5. Data Analysis
數(shù)據(jù)能力；
6. Process Improvement
過程管理能力；
7. Promoting Process and Product Improvement ideas
推動工藝和產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)能力；
8. Developing Standards
制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范能力；
9. Capable of resolving escalated and complex issues arising from operations
豐富應(yīng)對生產(chǎn)過程突發(fā)質(zhì)量事件的經(jīng)驗和能力；
10. Budgeting and P&L experience a plus
有預(yù)算和損益表工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮；
11. DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, DOE, APQP Process, Knowledge of the AIAG process, Understanding Process Audits,
PPAP Process, Corrective Actions and A3 development
精通DFEMA，PFEMA，控制計劃，DOE， APQP，PPAP，AIAG相關(guān)知識，工藝審核流程， 糾正措施以及A3。
Education Required教育要求:
1. Bachelor?degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing preferred)
全日制本科,工程學(xué)士學(xué)位（機械，電子，制造專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮）
2. Certified Quality Engineer
認(rèn)證的質(zhì)量工程師
3. 15 yrs experience in Automotive Industry preferably with global Tier 1 supplier,5 yrs Quality management
15年及以上汽車零部件行業(yè)的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷，其中5年以上大型汽車零配件制造業(yè)同等崗位工作經(jīng)驗
4. Strong communications, fluent in English and Mandarin (Spanish also prefer)
優(yōu)秀的口頭及書面溝通能力，精通英語、普通話，會西班牙語者優(yōu)先考慮。
背景：歐美獨資汽配，業(yè)務(wù)健康增長。
